Eligibility & Nomination Guidelines

Before submitting, please ensure your nominee meets the following Communicator of the Year criteria:

  • Membership: Must be a current IAMTCS member.
  • Experience: Minimum of one year of experience in a communication center (any role).
  • Professionalism: Consistently exemplifies dedication, competence, and a desire to improve communication skills.
  • Safety & Support: Actively promotes safe practices and contributes to the success of those around them.
  • Excellence: Frequently goes above and beyond their standard daily duties and responsibilities.
