Indiana University Health is seeking an experienced leader to serve as its Director of EMS Communications Dispatch.

This position provides strategic and operational oversight of a 24/7 emergency medical communications center responsible for coordinating air and ground critical care transport, interfacility transfers, patient discharges, and support for 911 emergency response operations.

The Director will lead communications center operations, staffing, training, quality assurance, technology, regulatory compliance, emergency preparedness, and organizational growth initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business management, healthcare administration, a clinical specialty, or related field required.

• Master's degree preferred.

• 7–10 years of relevant experience.

• Knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local regulations.

This is an opportunity for an experienced EMS communications professional to advance into an executive leadership role within one of Indiana's largest healthcare systems.
